Terms of use

1. Licence

Free for non-commercial use: personal, educational, research, journalism and non-profit work, with credit to "AFC Entity Radar". Commercial use — use by or for a business, in client work, compliance operations or products — requires a paid plan. Bulk extraction or resale of results is not permitted.

2. Not a decision

Results are potential matches from public sources, provided "as is" without warranty. They are not legal advice and not a determination of identity or wrongdoing. You must verify results and follow applicable law and your internal procedures.

3. Lawful use

Use the service only for lawful purposes such as AML/CFT, KYC, fraud prevention, due diligence, research and journalism. Harassment, stalking or discrimination is prohibited and leads to account termination.

4. Fair use and security

No automated scraping, credential sharing, attempts to bypass limits or to probe the service. Limits and rate limits apply.

5. Third-party data

Sources keep their own licences (e.g. OpenSanctions, ICIJ, Wikidata, Wikipedia). Commercial plans include the rights we hold; enterprise data licences are available on request.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled any time in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period.
